coincide with the launch of ‘the Electric
MOKE’.

MOKE International approached Rhapsody to work with the vehicle company
on unifying it’s digital and online presence. This included building a design
system and developing a website that would function as a showcase and
allow customers to pre-order the Electric MOKE, which was going to launch in
the summer of 2022.

Unify

MOKE needed to combine a number of different sites based in
different locations into a single destination with a consistent look
and feel. Rhapsody created a new digital design system to enable
this and combined it with new photography to give the global
website a fresh new look and feel.

Mobile optimised
streamlined payments

The new website needed to convey a beach lifestyle suited to this
unique electric vehicle (EV). We paired this with bold clean fonts and a
muted colour palette to represent beach/holiday elements (blue for
sky, yellow for sand etc..) The overall layout of the pages was inspired
by a more editorial aesthetic.

A new visual identity

It was essential for MOKE to focus on driving users to pay a reservation fee for
the Electric MOKE so a streamlined, mobile-optimised journey was created to
guide users from the homepage to the payment page. We integrated Stripe
into the website in order to allow customers to make single prepayment with
minimal friction and synced it with Salesforce so that the marketing team
could follow up with customers on each order.

Multi-language

As a global brand, MOKE International has a roadmap that sets out
to exted its site acorss multiple regions and languages. As a first
step, Rhapsody worked on implementing both British English and
French language sites with multi-currency purchase options (GBP,
EUR). The site will go on to support American English and further
European languages as it continues to grow inline with its
manufacture and distribution networks.

desirable lifestyle brand that deeply resonates with its
customers across the globe.”
