Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative and AI-first Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help shape our client’s platform. This role is perfect for a developer passionate about cutting-edge technologies, secure architecture, and delivering exceptional user experiences across platforms in a global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application using React, TypeScript, and modern web development best practices;
• Architect and manage back-end systems with a focus on data security, encryption, and compliance;
• Push the boundaries of front-end design with a playful, experimental approach, creating rich, engaging, and brand-defining experiences;
• Build and optimize integrations with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs) to enhance platform intelligence and functionality;
• Leverage workflow automation tools to unlock data, connect the app to external platforms, and support product-led growth initiatives; -Work with state machines (e.g., XState) to manage application states and workflows;
• Cooperation with the client's headquarters in the United States.

Qualifications:

• AI-first mindset: Unlimited curiosity and experimentation with AI coding tools to boost development efficiency and creativity;
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and full-stack development;
• Expertise in secure, scalable architecture, with strong knowledge of data encryption and compliance frameworks;
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, advanced AI-driven APIs, and creative AI implementation strategies;
• A design-sensitive approach with experience creating immersive, non-generic user experiences that elevate a brand’s identity;
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience with voice AI platforms (e.g., VAPI, 11Labs);
• Familiarity with workflow automations to connect applications to external data platforms;
• Background in iOS and Android development would be a big plus;
• Existing experience in designing and shipping medical applications for global markets would be another big plus.
