Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Working with our key partner from the United States - work in the EST timezone two weeks a month;
- Manage multiple digital content projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution and final delivery;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing their expectations;
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocatio;n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets;
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely and effective solutions;
- Evaluate project performance and provide regular reports to both internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager;
- English on at least C1 level in speaking and writing (mandatory);
- Strong understanding of digital content production processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships;
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
- You’re a good team player;
- You have a creative mindset and a problem-solving attitude;
Nice to have:
- Experience in working in a Digital or Creative agency would be a plus;
- Knowledge of design platforms;
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack;
- Agile certification.
